Death To PowerPoint

PowerPoint and similar programs rogrammes” have become wide spread devices used to enhance the optical part of presentations. Unfortunately, many people relied too much on its features and produced painfully colourful diagrams which they showed their 'audience' while reading out series of numbers with an incredibly flat voice. Meanwhile, the term 'PowerPoint' almost became a synonym for boring presentations.

As Mark both has a voice anything but flat and knows exactly how to gain and keep an audience's attention, he used his experience to develop a workshop about the art of good presentation.

No more useless presentations!

'Death to PowerPoint' is meant to provide with all necessary skills to perform a successful presentation. It deals with the development of a concept, inlcudes person-to-person communication skills and shows how to master the technical equipment.

The workshop is part of the program of EMA Learning. The Employers and Manufacturers Association Northern (EMA) network seeks to support business people with advice, networking and a variety of information.
